Easy to make Immunity Booster
As the holidays come nearer, there’s no doubt that your calendar is also full of plans for parties to attend. I don’t blame you. After 2 years of not being able to freely do this, it’s not only the fun we’re after but really seeing the people we missed mingling with.
Let’s not get carried away much though, our bodies still need the protection it needs. Let’s not forget, that the virus is still lurking everywhere and the last thing we want to happen is for us to feel unwell in the middle of this joyous season of getting together.
Here’s a simple Immunity Booster juice I’ve found from one of my friends on Instagram, Hema.
What’s great about this is that you’ll only need 3 ingredients to make it, toss them into your juicer and gulp away!
Here are the ingredients:
1 Pineapple
1 big slice of Ginger
2 Cucumbers
Instructions:
- Peel and slice Pineapple and ginger
- Slice Cucumbers
- Toss all sliced ingredients into your juicer
- Drink up!
This drink is so great it’s a great immunity booster, cures coughs & colds, and gives you glowing skin! Everything you’ll need for a perfect party-ready body this holiday! After all, self-care is still needed holiday or not!♥️
